Great for a workout! I purchased these straps not to hold my canoe but to make some bargain priced suspension training systems. I looked at the big box retailers but could not find straps that were sufficiently load rated for what I wanted to do. These straps looked to have the best load rating. I have been very satisfied with my purchase, which in this case means that they have not broken and dropped my @ss on the ground;) I will buy another set to make more for my friends.
